Description : 

Grape variety :   100 % Gamay

Harvest and ageing : The grapes are hand-picked. The grapes are pressed whole. Pressing is very smoot thanks to pneumatic presses after a long maceration. The ageing of the wine is made in stainless steel vat, thermo regulated.

Wine’s temperature : between 15° and 17°C

Cellaring:  Up to 10 years after harvest date.
