 Cherry or dark red color for this famous wine made from the last harvest with a short maceration focusing on fruit aromas. To drink within 3 years.

 

Description : 

Grape variety :   100 % Gamay

Harvest and ageing : The grapes are hand-picked. The grapes are pressed whole. Pressing is very smoot thanks to pneumatic presses. The ageing of the wine is made in stainless steel vat, thermo regulated.

Wine’s temperature : between 13° and 15°C

Cellaring:  Up to 3 years after harvest date.

Millésimes : 2018
