Morgon :

With its deep garnet colour, Morgon releases ripe fruit aromas such as cherry and plum. Rich, powerful and full-bodied, this wine reflects all the features of its terroir. Its concentration and generous colouring promote its ageing.

 

Descirption : 

Grape variety :   100 % Gamay

Harvest and ageing : The grapes are hand-picked. The grapes are pressed whole. Pressing is very smoot thanks to pneumatic presses. The ageing of the wine is made in stainless steel vat, thermo regulated.

Wine’s temperature : between 15° and 17°C

Cellaring:  Up to 6 years after harvest date.  In the best years, it can age for up to 10 years.
