Le Secret d’Amandine (sweet wine)

This wine, from a harvest where the grapes reach a very great maturity, surprises by its mellow and its typicity.

Description : 

Grape Variety : 100 % Chardonnay

Harvest and ageing : 

The grapes are hand-picked. The grapes are pressed whole. Pressing is very smoot thanks to pneumatic presses. The ageing of the wine is made in stainless steel vat, thermo regulated.

Wine' temperature :  between 8° at 10°C

Cellaring : The Secret d'Amandine is not a wine of guard for excellence. We advise to keep it no more than 3 or 4 years.
